Product Summary

The 8205A is a dual N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET. It is a rugged gate version of advanced trench process. The 8205A has been optimized for power management applications with a wide range of gate drive voltage(2.5V to 10V). The applications of it are battery protection, load switch, power management.
